eWareness hires Ken Brown as New Director of Project Services

New position created to meet growing global demand for eWareness’ online marketing services

As eWareness’ new Director of Project Services, Mr. Brown will be responsible for overseeing all customer service inquires, technical support issues, as well as helping companies meet their web marketing communications objectives.

Mr. Brown brings extensive expertise in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) client relations to eWareness. As a twelve year veteran of web-based project management, Brown has interacted with countless clients in the B2B and B2G sectors. In 1996, Mr. Brown started a web service company based in the Washington, D.C. metro area where he specialized in overseeing customer care and technical support for over five hundred customers throughout the United States and Canada. The company was acquired in 2006.
